As I already mentioned: We had a big birthday party planned for my dad this weekend. He turned 60 this year and we invited all of our family (even distant family), friends and neighbors (almost everyone living in this street came). There were many many people, a lot to eat and music. My father had a lot of fun and danced trough the evening. I took some photos to make a little album for him to remember the event. It’s going to be my first and I’m already looking for the paper and all kinds of instructions to help me start it. At the party we had Peppermint plants for decoration, so it could be used for the drinks. To make the peppermint plants bloom I made dozens of paper flowers that I glued onto sticks. I used all (3) flower dies that I have for them and some patterned paper that fitted to the color theme (“blue”). Dad chose this color, but we had colorfull balloons still. 🙂 (I just can’t get enough balloons…)
