I found this fabric stickers (as it says on the packaging) some time ago in a cheap “dollar”-shop here in Germany. I loved the fabric, but didn’t know then, what to use them for – until now. Some days ago I received stamps and dies from lawn fawn (I didn’t use those today) and MFT. The dies I used were the scalloped border dies from MFT – so elegant! Well, today I tried out the dies and the fabric stickers and made some elegant cards that can be used for everything. I also imagine some wedding cards or invitations – if you use the right fabric of course.

Was meint ihr dazu?
First I cut, scored and folded some top folding cards out of heavy weight cardstock by Folia. The fabric stickers I cut to size (with scissors, cutting machines do not word on those) and glued them directly on the lower half of the cardbase. Then I cut the panels to size and used the border dies to decorate it – I think that all kinds of border dies would look great on this cards. I just wanted to try out the new ones I had. I stamped the german sentiment “with love” before I decorated the panels with twine and buttons. I could have used more decorations, but I just didn’t want to distract from the fabric. I used foam tape to glue the panels to the cardbases and secured the bows with little drops of glue. Due to the fabric stickers the cards feel very elegant to me and I like that very much. I still have a lot of stickers left to make many more cards and maybe try something new.

I hope you have a nice day and have fun trying something new!
