“Negative” is the title of a challenge by danipeuss.de in which I would like to take part with this card. Most of the designteam used the negative space of dies to fulfill this challenge. To me “negative” as well as negative space is a reminder of something or someone missing. And I can’t miss anyone more than the ones that are gone. That was the reason, why I made a memorial card. On such types of cards I don’t like too much of anything, too many embelishments or decorations.  I wanted the card to be simple, easy, elegant and comforting. That is what I tried to accomplish here.

For this card I used stamps by Efco (the sentiment: Even if life is short, memories stay forever.) and the flowers by Joycrafts, both sets I had for a long time. I also used the border die by MFT. The cardstock is dark grey with a soft shimmer, the stamps are embossed.

I take part at the challenge by danipeuss: “negative”.
