This cute little baby hat, free pattern on Ravelry, took me only two days to knit. I used the left over yarn from the cardigan, I showed yesterday. If the child wore everything together, it would certainly be awfully colorful and busy. But every piece combined with other clothings and colors would be cute, I think. The needles in the picture are from a set of wooden double point needles that I have. They are very smooth and I never had the problem of a needle breaking. When I first bought them, that was what concerned me the most: their stability. I also do wish, that I could show you the clothing on an actual baby, but we sadly do not have kids.

Here are some more photos of our favorite dog. Yesterday he slept the first time on his back since we had him. He never ever did this before and had even problems to make the rollover. That’s why it’s none of the tricks he can do. I always thought it might be due to the hip injury he had and that this injury might be the reason why he refused to roll over. Last year he had a hip surgery, which was a hard time for us all, but it’s all better now and he runs without any problems. On the other photo it’s him again wearing a flower crown. He’s not really fond of that new decoration, that I made for him. So he only needed to wear it for this one photo only and got a lot of treats for doing that.

Habt einen wunderbaren herbstlichen Tag!/ Have a wonderful fall day!
