I’ve got a new sketchbook with completely black pages. To make it useful, I needed some white ink. I have mine from Winsor&Newton. You can see my first doodle in the photo above. (I linked to amazon for you, these are not affiliate links.)

Bis bald! See you!

Rundkariert aked in the comments if it was possible to use colored pencils in the sketchbook, so I tried my Prismacolor pencils out as you can see in the photo above. If you want the colors to pop more, you will need a white layer underneath. But that shouldn’t be a problem, the white pencils works great on those pages. The script was made using a white gelpen. The pages itself are very smooth and the black color is printed on them, I guess. But that’s ok for me. The cover feels a little gummy to me and I don’t like that feeling. But it’s ok. What really amazed me, was how the pages took the ink. Nothing leaked though, I can use both sides of the pages without problems. No stains, now warping. If you have any further questions, I’m happy to test everything out.
