Seit ich diese Stanze habe, wollte ich der Ballerina eine Bühne geben. In der Tat leitet eine Freundin von mir eine Tanzschule und unterrichtet selbst Ballett. Für wäre diese Karte perfekt! Die Idee des Vorhangs habe ich mir bei Maymay Made It Crafts abgeschaut, im Video nennt sie auch die Maße für eine A6 Karte, diese mußte ich etwas anpassen. Mit mehreren Lagen Foamtape habe ich dann Dimension geschaffen, die Ballerina selbst besteht aus 3 Stanzteilen, die ihr selbst nochmals etwas Raum geben, dies gilt auch für das Wort „Hallo“. Der Hintergrund ist übrigens weniger Gelb, als er da erscheint, ich weiß nicht, warum die Kamera heute sponn – vermutlich das künstliche Licht und der Weißabgleich? Es ist ein sehr nettes helles Grün, das wunderbar zum dunklen Holz und dem dunkelbraunen Vrohang paßt. Ich freue mich schon, auch diese Karte weiterzureichen.
I wanted to create a stage for this ballet dancer since I ordered this die. Now I did it! A dear friend of mine owns a dancing school and is teaching ballet herself. She surely will appreciate this card a lot. (I was thinking of her while creating.) I had the idea to create a curtain this way from Maymay Made It Crafts, but altered the size to fit my card. I have used several layers of foam tape to create dimension, the ballet dancer herself is made of three die cuts layered on top of each other. So is the sentiment. I also have to tell you, that my cam has somehow changed the colors: the background isn’t that yellow but more of a light green color, that I really like. The curtain itself is much darker in real life, as is the wooden „floor“. I’m really happy about the outcome and can’t wait to give it to my friend.
